Zakaj? Klju\u010dna minerala za ohranjanje zdravih kosti sta kalcij in fosfor, vitamin D pa na\u0161emu telesu pomaga absorbirati ta pomembna minerala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V hladnej\u0161ih letnih \u010dasih in prehodnem obdobju ob\u010dutnih temperaturnih razlik je \u0161e toliko bolj pomembno, da okrepimo na\u0161 imunski sistem. V boju proti oku\u017ebam in boleznim lahko telesu pomagamo tudi z vitaminom D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaj pa vpliv na na\u0161e psihi\u010dno po\u010dutje? Nizke ravni vitamina D so lahko povezane z depresijo in anksioznostjo. Vitamin D namre\u010d na\u0161emu telesu pomaga pri proizvodnji nevrotransmiterjev. Eden tak\u0161nih je serotonin, ki je \u0161e kako pomemben za na\u0161e razpolo\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Velika ve\u010dina odraslih se sploh ne zaveda, da jim tega vitamina primanjkuje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tevilo ljudi, ki jim primanjkuje vitamina D, je precej\u0161nje. Zelo te\u017eko ga je namre\u010d dobiti zgolj preko hrane ali z nastavljanjem soncu. Najbr\u017e ste ob pomladnem \u00bbmartin\u010dkanju\u00ab \u017ee kdaj pomislili na vitamin D. \u010ce ste \u2013 prav imate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonce je sicer odli\u010den na\u010din za pridobivanje vitamina D, vendar pa s son\u010denjem \u017eal ne moremo pridobiti dovolj\u0161nje koli\u010dine, sploh pa ne v na\u0161em toplotnem pasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu namre\u010d vitamina D nastaja dovolj le od marca do oktobra. Poleg tega pa bi se morali soncu izpostaviti trikrat na teden, \u010de bi \u017eeleli zadostiti potrebi po vitaminu D. Ljudje s temnej\u0161o ko\u017eo morda ne bodo mogli proizvesti toliko vitamina D iz son\u010dne svetlobe kot tisti s svetlej\u0161o ko\u017eo. Pomemben dejavnik je lahko tudi starost, saj na\u0161e telo s staranjem postaja manj u\u010dinkovito pri proizvodnji vitamina D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pretirano son\u010denje se torej ne bomo odlo\u010dili, kako pa je z vnosom vitamina D preko hrane? Dolo\u010deno koli\u010dino vitamina D lahko pridobimo iz hrane. Dobri viri vitamina so na primer mastne ribe, kot sta losos in tuna, ter obogatena \u017eivila, kot so mleko in \u017eita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vsekakor moramo ta \u017eivila vklju\u010diti v na\u0161o prehrano, vendar pa za zadosten vnos vitamina D to ne bo dovolj.
