Istra\u017ei koji zalogaji najbolje odgovaraju tvom tijelu prije i poslije tr\u010danja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremi si smoothie s najdra\u017eim vo\u0107em ili energetsku plo\u010dicu prije tr\u010danja, a nakon treninga se pobrini za hidrataciju i regeneraciju.
