Za\u0161to? Klju\u010dni minerali za odr\u017eavanje zdravih kostiju su kalcij i fosfor, a vitamin D poma\u017ee na\u0161em tijelu apsorbirati te va\u017ene minerale.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U hladnijim godi\u0161njim dobima i prijelaznom razdoblju osjetnih temperaturnih razlika jo\u0161 je toliko va\u017enije da oja\u010damo na\u0161 imunolo\u0161ki sustav. U borbi protiv infekcija i bolesti tijelu mo\u017eemo pomo\u0107i i vitaminom D. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u0161to je s utjecajem na na\u0161e psihi\u010dko stanje? Niske razine vitamina D mogu biti povezane s depresijom i anksiozno\u0161\u0107u. Naime, vitamin D poma\u017ee na\u0161em tijelu u proizvodnji neurotransmitera. Jedan od takvih je serotonin, koji je itekako va\u017ean za na\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje.   <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Velika ve\u0107ina odraslih uop\u0107e nije svjesna da im nedostaje taj vitamin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Broj ljudi kojima nedostaje vitamina D je znatan. Naime, vrlo ga je te\u0161ko dobiti samo putem hrane ili izlaganjem suncu. Vjerojatno ste tijekom proljetnog \u00bbsun\u010danja\u00ab ve\u0107 nekad pomislili na vitamin D. Ako jeste \u2013 u pravu ste.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunce je dodu\u0161e odli\u010dan na\u010din za dobivanje vitamina D, no sun\u010danjem na\u017ealost ne mo\u017eemo dobiti dovoljnu koli\u010dinu, pogotovo ne u na\u0161em toplinskom pojasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovdje se naime vitamina D stvara dovoljno samo od o\u017eujka do listopada. Osim toga, suncu bismo se morali izlo\u017eiti triput tjedno ako bismo \u017eeljeli zadovoljiti potrebu za vitaminom D. To bi se naravno dogodilo samo u slu\u010daju da pri tome ne bismo upotrijebili nikakvu za\u0161titu odnosno za\u0161titnu kremu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Takvo izlaganje suncu pak s druge strane nije preporu\u010dljivo jer mo\u017ee dovesti do ko\u017enih bolesti.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Na koli\u010dinu vitamina koju proizvede na\u0161e tijelo utje\u010du i odre\u0111eni \u010dimbenici. Ljudi s tamnijom ko\u017eom mo\u017eda ne\u0107e mo\u0107i proizvesti toliko vitamina D iz sun\u010deve svjetlosti kao oni sa svjetlijom ko\u017eom. Va\u017ean \u010dimbenik mo\u017ee biti i starost jer na\u0161e tijelo starenjem postaje manje u\u010dinkovito u proizvodnji vitamina D.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pretjerano sun\u010danje se dakle ne\u0107emo odlu\u010diti, a \u0161to je s unosom vitamina D putem hrane? Odre\u0111enu koli\u010dinu vitamina D mo\u017eemo dobiti iz hrane. Dobri izvori vitamina su na primjer masne ribe, kao \u0161to su losos i tuna, te oboga\u0107ena hrana, kao \u0161to su mlijeko i \u017eitarice.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svakako moramo tu hranu uklju\u010diti u na\u0161u prehranu, no za dovoljan unos vitamina D to ne\u0107e biti dovoljno.
