Igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u tvom osje\u0107aju i bitan je za zdravlje kostiju, jer poma\u017ee pri apsorpciji kalcija i poti\u010de rast kostiju. Osim toga, podr\u017eava imunolo\u0161ki sustav, regulira rast stanica i poma\u017ee pri ubla\u017eavanju upala. Za razliku od drugih vitamina, tijelo ga mo\u017ee sintetizirati uz pomo\u0107 izlo\u017eenosti suncu, stoga je njegov dovoljan unos posebno va\u017ean u zimskim mjesecima.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pomanjkanje sunca u zimskim mjesecima<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U zimskom vremenu izlo\u017eenost sun\u010devoj svjetlosti je bitno manja, \u0161to mo\u017ee utjecati kako na raspolo\u017eenje, tako i na zdravlje.
