Preporu\u010deno vrijeme spavanja se razlikuje (tako\u0111er i s obzirom na dob), ali op\u0107a preporuka je da spava\u0161 izme\u0111u 7 i 8 sati. Izbjegavaj kori\u0161tenje elektroni\u010dkih ure\u0111aja prije spavanja, osiguraj prikladnu temperaturu u spava\u0107oj sobi i stvori rutinu koja poti\u010de kvalitetan san.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uravnote\u017eena prehrana iznimno je va\u017ena za smanjenje umora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111u \u010destim uzrocima umora je i neodgovaraju\u0107a prehrana. Energiju za normalno funkcioniranje tijelo dobiva iz unesene hrane, stoga je va\u017ean dovoljan unos kalorija, mikro- i makrohraniva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e osiguravaju unos vitamina, minerala i antioksidansa te podr\u017eavaju imunolo\u0161ki sustav i dobrobit. Va\u017ena je i odgovaraju\u0107a hidratacija. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko je stresan tvoj \u017eivot?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres je \u010dest uzrok umora. Va\u017eno je da nau\u010di\u0161 prepoznati njegove uzroke i pravilno reagirati na njega. Tehnike opu\u0161tanja, kao \u0161to su meditacija, \u0161etnje, vje\u017ebe disanja i slu\u0161anje glazbe, mogu bitno smanjiti njegov utjecaj.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sport \u2013 izvor dobrog osje\u0107aja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjelesna aktivnost pobolj\u0161ava raspolo\u017eenje, kvalitetu sna i poma\u017ee u reguliranju stresa. Izaberi aktivnost koja ti se svi\u0111a i prilagodi je svojoj tjelesnoj spremnosti. Grupne aktivnosti mogu dodatno pove\u0107ati motivaciju.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada na red dolaze dodaci prehrani?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada unato\u010d zdravom na\u010dinu \u017eivota umor ustraje, dodaci prehrani mogu biti dodatna podr\u0161ka. Ne zamjenjuju uravnote\u017eenu prehranu, ali mogu pomo\u0107i u popunjavanju prehrambenih praznina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedostatak vitamina D, magnezija ili vitamina B skupine \u010desto je povezan s umorom, stoga je va\u017eno da osigura\u0161 njihov dovoljan unos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sezonsko<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljeto je idealno vrijeme za lagane obroke, smoothieje i eksperimentiranje sa sezonskim vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em.
