1. ORGANISER OF THE PRIZE GAME
The organiser and provider of the prize game (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize Game") is GlobalPharmacia Group d.o.o., tax number: SI88507114 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

The Organiser pursues the principle of transparency and the principle of the careful handling of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") and the Personal Data Protection Act.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The prize draw is open to all natural persons of legal age who are permanent residents of the Republic of Slovenia. Participants accept these rules of participation and are obliged to comply with them. Persons employed by the prize draw organiser and persons employed by companies participating in the prize draw are not allowed to participate in the prize draw. The same applies to members of their immediate family, namely their relatives up to any knee in a straight line and up to the fourth knee in a side line, their spouses and persons related to them up to the second knee, irrespective of whether the marriage has been dissolved, or persons with whom the employee is living in a civil partnership which, under the law on marriage and family relationships, is equivalent in legal effect to a marriage.

3. RULE DURATION
The prize draw will take place on the website www.heka-supplements.com and at E.Leclerc Rudnik, Ljubljana from 1 April to 28 April 2023 inclusive.

4. PURPOSE OF THE ROPE
The purpose of the prize draw is to promote the HEKA Supplements brand.

5. PRIZE GAME CONDITION AND WINNER DRAWING
The prize game is open to anyone who, during the prize game period, completes the prize voucher in full and correctly and drops it off at the designated voucher collection point (at E.Leclerc Rudnik, Ljubljana), or via the correctly and completely filled in and submitted online form on the website www.heka-supplements.com/nagradna-igra.

Purchase is not a prerequisite to enter the prize draw.

If the entrants meet the eligibility criteria, they have an equal chance of winning the prize. Each entrant may only enter the prize draw on his/her own behalf and by entering the prize draw he/she confirms that any personal data provided is his/her own personal data only and that he/she agrees to be bound by these rules. Each user may only enter the Sweepstakes once. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other type of prize, nor can it be claimed for its cash equivalent.

The prize draw will be conducted by computer on 28 April 2023 at the premises of the Organiser. The prize draw is not open to the public. The results of the prize draw are final and cannot be appealed. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and modify the terms and conditions of the prize draw and undertakes to publish any amendments on the HEKA Supplements website.

6. PRIZES
The prize pool includes:

2x wellness bag with HEKA Supplements
5x HEKA Supplements T-shirt

7. PRIZE COLLECTION
A winner is a participant in the prize draw who meets the following conditions:
- has correctly participated in the prize draw in the manner described in Section 5 during the prize draw period
- has been selected in accordance with these rules
- has provided his/her contact details in order to make arrangements with the Promoter to collect his/her prize.

Winners will be notified of the results of the prize draw on the Heka Supplements Facebook page and via direct message. In the event that the winner does not contact us by private message within 5 days of receiving notification of the prize, he/she will be deemed to have expressly renounced the prize. In this case, the selection will be repeated. The prize draw organiser does not assume any costs other than those specified in the terms and conditions of this prize draw.

8.LIABILITIES AND RIGHTS
The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for:
- any adverse consequences suffered by the entrant as a result of using the prize,
- any adverse consequences suffered by the entrant as a result of participating in the prize draw.

9. TAXES AND TAX ACCOUNTING
Payment of all taxes on prizes (including VAT) is the responsibility of the Organiser. The Organiser will withhold income tax on the value of the prize in accordance with the applicable regulations. The gross value of the prize is tax deductible for the winners in accordance with the Income Tax Act. In accordance with the Tax Procedures Act, the winner is obliged to provide the Organiser with his/her tax identification number, even if the Organiser is responsible for the income tax prepayment. If the tax number is not provided, the prize will not be awarded.

10. DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION
In order to receive a prize, prize winners must provide the Promoter with their full name, email address and telephone number in order to arrange collection of their prize. If the winner does not wish to provide this information, he/she may try to make alternative arrangements with the Promoter to collect the prize or may withdraw from the prize.

The data received will be used by the Organiser for the purpose of sending prizes and for other information purposes. The data will be kept by the Contractor and the Organiser in the records of the prizes sent to the authorised person at GlobalPharmacia Group d.o.o. for the purpose of other communications. 

The Organiser processes the collected personal data of the participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 86/2004, 113/2005 - ZInfP, 51/2007 - ZUstS-A, 67/2007) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Journal of the European Union, L 119, 4 May 2016) for the purposes of the prize draw and for the purposes of information. The Organiser shall ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable law. 

The Organiser undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the personal data provided. Whoever participates in the prize draw agrees that the personal data collected will be stored by an authorised person at GlobalPharmacia Group d.o.o. and the prize draw provider. The personal data collected will be carefully protected and used by the Contractor and the Organiser in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purpose for which it was collected - i.e. to collect the prize and other information.

If a participant in the prize draw does not want his/her personal data to be stored and would like it to be deleted immediately, or would like to correct his/her data, he/she may request this free of charge by email to info@heka-supplements.com, and the organiser must comply with his/her request within one month of receipt of the request.

FINAL TERMS
The rules of this prize draw are available on the www.heka-supplements.com website. Entrants to the Sweepstakes acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules if required for technical, commercial or public reasons. The Organiser will keep entrants informed of any changes and updates to the prize draw by means of announcements on the www.heka-supplements.com website.
